Der beste Cappuccino der Stadt? Für alle die kräftige und säurearme Kaffees lieben, könnte bei Mataro die Gralssuche nach dem besten Kaffee tatsächlich beendet sein. Ein schon unverschämt guter Kaffe zu einem so fairen Preis, dass ich beim Bezahlen daran denken musste, ob ich den Besitzer damit über den Tisch ziehe. Beim ersten Schluck breitet sich eine Fülle von Aromen aus. Darauf folgt ein weiches samtiges Mundgefühl, das sich von den Aromen immer stärker zu einem intensiven Geschmack von dunkler Schokolade entwickelt. Selbst nach einer halben Stunde hat man noch das Gefühl ein Stück Bitterschokolade gelutscht zu haben. Traumhaft. Der Inhaber ist übrigens ein unfassbar freundlicher und cooler Typ. Man fühlt sich hier sofort Willkommen. Angestellte in so manchen gehypten Cafés, die gerne mal ihre Nase zu hoch tragen, sollten hier mal zum Thema Bescheidenheit in die Lehre gehen.
