McDonald's — Restaurant in Berlin

PALS, IF YOU HAVE SOME SELF RESPECT, PLEASE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT. It's without a shadow of a doubt the wrost MC branch me and my fiance ever been in. The table we were sitting was dirty, the stuff is really cold and not caring at all, the fries tastes very weird, probably due to used oil, but if all of that didn't alert in you any kind of a sign to beware about your precious money, time and nerves, so this will. UNLIKE every respectful MC branch that listening to the customers, here it didnt happen. I have no idea if it's just in Berlin, but the paper cups are OPEN, PAPER CUPS. My cup spilled on our food while i was about to put the board on the table and when I explained the stuff my situation, they told me that their manager is not allowing them to make for us new meals. After asking to talk with the manager, he came and told us "Its not my fault" and left us with 25€ spent for nothing, angry and shocked beacuse of their ridiculous open cups policy. I wish that MC will be smart enough to treat it.

everything was fresh and came pretty quick for how busy they were. the spicy chicken nuggets were awesome, just a little kick. the curly fries were good, reminded me of arby’s. i got the peach tea and it was just sweet enough, not overbearing like the sweet tea in the US. as an american who’s visiting germany for the first time, let me pass this on to fellow americans/midwesterners: the buttermilk ranch here is far from what we know at home. theirs is sweet and orange. very strange, it wasn’t for me, nor was the hot sauce, as it was sweet too (but i also have a high tolerance for spice, so anything not crazy spicy tastes more sweet to me). if you want something closer to what we know as ranch, get the sour cream and chive dip, that was delish 😋 this location was clean and pretty cool, it’s on the very edge of the mall so you can watch the trains as they go by, and they’ve even got a quaint terrace with...

Unfähiger Schichtleiter der Gäste der Lüge bezichtigt. Ich habe mir am Dienstag am Ostkreuz (gleicher Franchisenehmer) App den Coupon mit dem Regenbogenglas eingelöst, leider gab es das Regenbogenglas nicht mehr, also habe ich aus Kulanz verzichtet den Verbraucherschutz einzuschalten (Künstliche Verknappung in Kombination mit falschen Werbeversprechen) und mich mit einem weißen Glas zufrieden gegeben und trotzdem den Coupon eingelöst. Heute dachte ich mir, guckste mal ob sie hier das Glas haben, und ja Tatsache...leider habe ich ja den Coupon schon eingelöst. Also kein Glas für mich. Laut Schichtleiter würden Zettel ausgegeben wenn ein Glas nicht vorrätig ist, darüber wurde ich am Ostkreuz (nochmal GLEICHER Franchisenehmer, Oliver Mix).

Spielt auch keine Rolle, wenn einem Kunden gesagt wird "das kann ich jetzt aber nicht nachprüfen" ist das ein anderer Wortlaut für, "ich denke du lügst". Stattdessen werfe ich euch hier sogar organisierte Kundentäuschung (mein netter Versuch das Wort BETRUG zu vermeiden) vor. Man hätte das Glas nämlich auch als einzelnen Posten (Statt in einem Menu) in die App einbauen können, welcher dann nur eingelöst werden kann, wenn das Glas vorrätig ist.

Letztes mal in diesen Saftladen gewesen.

Ps.: Wenn man sich hier Burger Plain oder extra bestellt wird gerne mal das Salzen "vergessen". Wenn man nachfragt (weil man gesehen hat dass es nicht gesalzen wurde wird man angelogen, entweder "Plain ist auch ohne Salz" oder "doch ich hab gesalzen". Wenn man dann nachgewiesen hat, dass er nicht gesalzen ist dauerts nochmal 5 Minuten (bei leerem Laden) und man hört den Salzdispenser dann 5 mal klacken, was das Patty...
