The fast food chain experience was all right; while the food had too much salt; let's count it as a mistake of the day. Yet, I'll still give it two stars due to the lack of promotional tasting.

The ambience was quite okay—considering—it's a new opening. However, the toilet paper is too thin, and the lighting is insufficient in the toilet. The better option would have been gender-neutral toilets with bright toilets. I was unable to see if the toilet was clean due to the lack of lighting.

The service is the only thing that saves the overall rating of this franchise on the Alexanderplatz. The employees are kind and proactive.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice, and the staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes for a pleasant dining experience. However, the portion sizes are extremely small compared to the price. Given the high cost, the food does not offer good value, especially for a proper lunch.

Although the fries are tasty, the price-to-portion ratio is quite unreasonable, making it an expensive choice for what you get. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it for lunch, as there are better options available at this...

I went there with my boyfriend and we order 2 different fries, and also the churros. Everything was really good! Fresh, warm and delicious. The service was also really fast and nice even if they were a bit crowded. We will come back for sure.

Update 12.12.24 I came today to try the Churros and they were amazing too. Crispy, warm, perfectly balanced and fast made. The workers are really nice and the ambient with the music is cool. I love the Grogu picture...
