Consider how large and complex an approx. 200 seat restaurant's kitchen has to be. Now consider all the elements that need to be managed to keep the kitchen running: staffing, logistics, food hygiene, communication systems, traceability, allergens, etc. I think this place has over-reached with the number of seats it has and how extensive the menu is. The place does have a huge number of staff, but they are all running around like headless-chickens. It took over 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive and a further 25 minutes for our food to arrive. Three of the five of us at the table ordered a fillet steak. Two of the steaks were not cooked as ordered, and while none of us are butchers, we were not sure that they were fillet cuts. We each took our first bite of the steak, and all three of us thought that it tasted horrible, like they had been sitting at room temperature for way too long. We told the staff that we were sending it back, to which the manager was consulted by the staff and he said 'make new' and walked off. No concern or apologies from him. The only staff member who apologised was a young female waitress. Thankfully, they did not charge us for the food. We did not eat anything else there. Stay away from this place, it's fast-food made slowly, in a tacky place with slow service and (mostly, not all) rude staff and management.
