Pomodori Restaurant Alexa — Restaurant in Berlin

Went with my son, the bartender was quick and efficient to check our vaccine status and we found a table quickly, then waited for menus. About 10min after we sat down, still waiting, an older couple sat down at the table beside us. Witching a few minutes, the waitress came by and gave us the menus along with the older couple. About 5 min later she takes their order and then walks right by us without even looking. We waited 2 more minutes then left.

So, I would give less than a star for service, but the bartender was nice.

Interior: the restaurant is clean and very new.

Food: unknown since we never got served, but from what we could see from what other people got served it looks good. However, my son was so hungry we ended up going to a Dominos and getting three pizzas for takeaway.

To the manager of the restaurant: my office is less than 400m away and will be locating closer (100m walk). My company has approximately 900 staff in Berlin. If asked I will not recommend Pomodori to my colleagues.

Honestly I hate writing negative reviews, but the utter lack of service...

12.november.2022 I just got shooed away from this restaurant by the pizza guy.

They sell pizza slices here, i had one, sat down and ate. Went to shopping and on the way back, 1 hour later, I stopped there to get a few more slices for the kids home. Before ordering i wanted to sort my shopping bags/coat etc so i used one of the tables at the edge of the pizza stand. It is half empty and I am not in anyone's way. Then comes this guy. He looks very aggressive and asks "was machst du?" I tried to explain but he said "ja,aber nicht hier!"

I said i just had food here and i am back to order more, but I was too stunned to speak in German at that point, and i said eh whatever...

But yea, this is the attitude they have in case you aren't throwing money on their business for every breath you take around them.

Won't be going back again, and the pizza is not even good anyway. That stand makes money only because it is right next to the door, so when you are leaving Alexa you can just...

The waitress was snutty and sniffing her nose constantly. No smile, so I'd rank the friendliness neutral. The food was delivered within a reasonable time. Comfy seats, a bit noisy outside. The structure of the minced meat of the lasange wasn't satisfactory, much like the tomato soup, which was bland. The thin-crusted Green Garden pizza came with a tasty tomato sauce and fresh cherry tomatoes, however, the remaining ingredients looked and tasted old.
