Excellent experience at Nomad. The food was delicious, the prices were fair and the service was kind and attentive. Sweetbreads: my only complain is that there were not more of them 😅, they are not commonly in menus and not so easy to get right. Meatballs: a complete surprise when we bit into them, delicious, and the mayonnaise was also amazing. Pupking: great caramelisation and great pairing with the ricotta. Lamb: not hugely abound at but tasty, the puree was super good. We spent €68.

———- Came back a couple of times, we had the brunch, the pancakes were huge and super tasty, but I did not love that the syrup was already poured on them. We also came back for dinner, repeated the meatballs and sweetbreads. Good food, staff kind enough, nice place with nice atmosphere but way too much expensive. Not sure what the marketing of this place has in mind but you really cannot charge 20€ for a sandwich. Do not tell me that the quality or the quantity makes the difference because at the end I got a piece of bread (not a sandwich as mentioned in the menu) with some planted steak with vegetables.
