For the vegans, currently there are NO vegan options.

I was here yesterday with a friend and apart from the flavour of the food, everything just went very wrong.

My friend is vegan, I am not. The menu has a non meat version for each of the dishes, and the noodles have a big sticker on them labelled "vegan".

The waitress comes to take our order, my friend clarifies which meals are fully vegan. She tells us none, there are no vegan options in this restaurant. She says they use fish sauce in their broth so all meals can only vegetarian. He speaks both German and English and communicates with her in German.

My friend and I sit there confused, we say we can't order here then as my friend is vegan and start gathering our stuff to leave. Before we go we double check the Google reviews again for this place and see that there are lots of reviews from vegans??? So we speak to the waitress again and she repeats there are no vegan options. My friend then points out the vegan label on the noodles and says can you not just make a meal with vegetables and some tofu with soy sauce? She seems to be a bit annoyed now and says she will check with the kitchen.

After we wait there for a while, the waitress is serving other tables again. No confirmation as to what is happening for us.

We get her attention and she says the order has been made. For some reason she assumed I had wanted the same dish as my vegan friend? Even though we had previously clarified it was only him that was vegan. I tell her which dish I want and she is outwardly getting even more annoyed now. She just walks away at this point, doesn't take our drink orders or anything.

To cut a long story short, my friends meal and mine came about 45mins apart. The waitress even tried removing my cutlery at one point and I had to tell her I haven't gotten my food yet.

On top of this we were sat beside the entrance, where the door is constantly left open by arriving and leaving guests. Install a door auto closer! With the current energy crises and all the heat escaping your restaurant it would probably pay for itself in no time.

When my food did finally arrive it was pretty good. They rushed my order out though so the veggies were still raw, not just...

The glowing reviews had already set the bar high – and still, this spot managed to exceed expectations. Honestly, this might have been one of the best Asian restaurants I’ve visited in Europe in recent years.

We started with the fried rice featuring seitan – a generous and well-balanced plate, full of layered flavors and small surprises in texture and seasoning. But the real showstoppers were the mains.

My partner went for a noodle dish with seitan, tofu, and vegetables – beautifully seasoned and perfectly portioned, with just the right amount of heat and harmony. I opted for the Asian–French fusion dish, “poulet” with house-made noodles. The chicken was tender, aromatic, and packed with those signature umami notes that linger on the palate in all the best ways. The vegetables were crisp, the noodles perfectly textured – and the house-made kimchi was a true standout: tangy, fresh, and with just enough kick to tie everything together.

We were truly impressed – and then came the dessert. The chocolate brownie cake, while not bad by any means, just didn’t hold up to the rest of the meal. A bit flat in flavor and lacking the same creative touch that elevated the rest of the menu.

Service was attentive and genuinely warm, and the interior hit the sweet spot between stylish and cozy, with a cool open kitchen vibe that adds energy to the experience. The price-to-quality ratio? Spot on.

If we find ourselves back in Berlin, there’s no doubt – this place is going straight on our...

I'm extremely disappointed with our recent experience at this establishment. Our group of 6 middle-aged adults had made a reservation in advance, only to arrive and be told our only option was to sit at united tables with uncomfortable stools - despite the restaurant being half empty with numerous proper chairs available at other tables. This was particularly frustrating as we had just completed a long, exhausting day of walking and standing between numerous meetings. Our group was physically tired and looking forward to sitting comfortably. When we politely requested proper chairs instead of stools, the staff was completely inflexible and treated us with cold indifference. We were bluntly told they "didn't have to provide chairs" and that they "couldn't be made to do anything." The manager in duty essentially suggested we could leave if we weren't happy with the arrangement. I find this level of customer service absolutely unacceptable. Basic accommodation requests were met with complete unwillingness to help rather than any attempt to problem-solve or make guests comfortable. There were clearly other seating options available that would have been more appropriate for our group. What should have been a relaxing end to a demanding day turned into an uncomfortable and disappointing situation. I cannot recommend this place to anyone who expects even a minimal level of customer service or...

The location is curated and the service is also pleasant: the waiter gave us suggestions and was very courteous. The noodles soups were good yet not flawless, but maybe it’s just nit pick from a noodle lover. We tried n5 and n7: the broths are tasteful and veggies were fresh, I just personally think that the colourful noodle variations (we tried the ones with curcuma and beetroot) are maybe good for aesthetics but they take away from the texture (and subjectively the taste) of the noodle, it’s somewhat less elastic, more “pastoso” for my Italian friends, than a good traditional tasty noodle. The duck was too firm and overcooked at the heart compared to my experience at other restaurants. Also it was served with pesto which I don’t really think is the best pairing. Other than that, I think the reusable chopsticks they serve are made of a too porous wood so you can kinda smell the dishwasher soap. The prices, I’d say are in line with other noodle bars. Overall I’d say it’s worth a visit if you are after a nice location, an aesthetic dish presentation and a some variation from the classic noodle soup: there is certainly some effort in the menu which is very inviting. Maybe there’s even too much menu choice, as trimming it down a little could help to focus on perfecting the dishes execution.

The food is absolutely delicious !! Really high quality and fresh ingredients - the chicken and beef tasted super fresh and not like the typical “bowl” meat that tastes a bit...stale. I love that they put the kimchi and the soup liquid in a separate container, so nothing is soggy by the time it arrived. You can really taste that each bowl was made fresh and I think made singularly, meaning they make the meat/fish noodles for each dish rather than have it ready prepared and then thrown into a bowl last minute (I could be wrong, but if I am, they manage to do it so well that it doesn’t matter). The fortune cookies were also a super cute addition. Only complaint/warning is that the chicken bowl (10 Petit Poulet) is quite spicy for someone who isn’t used to spicy food, which was not made clear at ordering and sadly the dish was barley touched because it was far too spicy :( Also the quite expensive Noumi Rainbowl bowl is advertised as having shrimp, and it was a bit disappointing to see exactly ONE shrimp in the dish :D It tasted delicious otherwise. Hope you guys keep up this quality because if so, you really are one of the best “bowl” places one can order from in Berlin ! ❤️
