Pickpocketer's heaven, Naive tourists!
This place somehow attracts lots of Gypsy actions. I noticed there were so many female pairs approaching only the couples with white clip boards I have seen somewhere else in the past days.
Now, I have seen them pickpocketing the naive tourists of mostly young ages.
They normally approach the couples, distracting the males first then draw the other's attention away. They all have the clipboard to cover their fast hands below the clipboards. I watched one to pull out something from a guy, then, the other took it over from her, and, walked away.
After that, I have warned so many naive young tourists, but, they didn't believe me. I videotaped them staying there, then, this fat faced girl brazenly confronted me getting into my camera frame frequently trying to shoo me away. Watch the posted pictures.
I spotted Male gypsies in Memorial to Homosexuals Persecuted Under Nazism, Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe, working alone.
Potsdamer Platz station area, one morning, was crowded next to Berlin Walls, usually playing some street hustling. Do not help to take pictures of them using their smart phones, that will distract you big time. I even pulled one naive American boy out from these gambling team who pretended to be plain crowds while the weary girlfriend was pushed aside by another female gypsy. After showing them the video, only then he believed it.

Read moreBebelplatz in Berlin left me truly captivated. The historical significance of this square, along with its vibrant atmosphere, makes it a must-visit destination. Standing on the very spot where the infamous book burning took place, I felt a profound connection to the past and the importance of preserving knowledge and freedom of expression.
The architecture surrounding Bebelplatz is stunning, offering a glimpse into the city's rich history and diverse culture. The square's open layout invites visitors to stroll, sit, and soak in the surroundings. Whether it's a leisurely walk or a quiet moment on one of the benches, there's a sense of serenity amidst the bustling city.
The central location of Bebelplatz makes it convenient to explore nearby attractions, museums, and landmarks. The nearby Humboldt University and State Opera House add to the intellectual and artistic ambiance of the area.
While it may not be the largest square in Berlin, Bebelplatz's historical significance, architectural beauty, and serene ambiance make it a meaningful and memorable stop for both locals...
Read moreI visited this Christmas market hoping for something special, given the entry fee (€2 per person), which is unusual for markets in Berlin. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. I anticipated something unique, perhaps live shows, music, or a distinctive atmosphere - but found it lacked the festive spirit you’d expect at a Christmas market. The market itself was small, and many of the stalls sold the same items you’d find at other free markets around the city. Some stalls even required you to open glass doors to enter, which made it feel less like a traditional market and more like a boutique setup. For me, that detracted from the charm of wandering through an open, bustling market. As for the food and drinks, key parts of any Christmas market - they just didn’t impress either. Nothing stood out, and the offerings felt overpriced and underwhelming. Overall, if you’re debating whether to visit, I’d say you’re not missing much by skipping this one. There are far better markets in Berlin that deliver more festive cheer and better value for money without...
