Well, the food was good, super yummy, the coffee too, but we were there when it was quite busy and it was a bit of an annoying experience for me. For other people it might have been just fine, this is really just my own personal experience. The barista kept forgetting about my coffee and apologizing (it was cute and annoying at the same time), other people around me who ordered after me got their coffee (so their experience could have been better than mine), and I already got my cake in front of me and just waited for the coffee... Then I had to use the bathroom, again, my very own individual experience, I am recovering from a broken ankle... I was walking slowly down the stairs to the bathroom just to discover it was filthy and there was no toilet paper... I made my way back up pretty disappointed and tried to get a member of staff to tell them it is dirty and has no paper, but they were so busy, and I felt too shy. I also felt too shy sending someone to clean, it just made me feel too uncomfortable I ended up going to the coffee shop next door, and ordering another cup of coffee there and just went to their toilet instead... (their toilet was spotless and had plenty of toilet paper but the coffee was lee to my taste, more burnt than I like it). But the food in Plan C was good, like, on a less busy day I think I would come back, I guess it was just a bad day, it can happen anywhere! If you're looking for a cute little place - try it! Also they had many gluten free options, I have celiac disease so I was pleased with that, they have a chocolate tap that keeps on running and is kinda cute, and they are right by the channel which has many trees and swans...
Read moreI visited today Plan Cafe - Plan C in Berlin and had a mixed experience. While the ambiance and overall vibe of the cafe are delightful, there were some aspects that fell short of expectations.
Starting with the positives, the cafe boasts a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing break or a casual catch-up with friends. The decor is chic and modern, and the staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my visit.
However, I was quite disappointed with the milkshake. For the price, I expected something special, but it was rather average. The flavor was okay, but nothing extraordinary, and the consistency was a bit too thin for my liking. Given the premium pricing, I was hoping for a richer and more indulgent treat.
Despite this, the rest of the menu looked promising, and I did enjoy other items I tried. The coffee, in particular, was excellent, and the pastries were fresh and delicious.
Overall, Plan Cafe - Plan C is a lovely spot with a great atmosphere and friendly service. However, the milkshake didn’t quite live up to the hype or the price tag. I would recommend sticking to their other offerings, which seem to be more in line with the quality you’d expect from such a...
Read moreA very nice cafe that has a characteristic exterior. The staff are all quite young and do a provide strong customer service. The coffee is not bad at all and they even have a soft serve machine which is very exciting!
I thought the prices were on the higher side, but that may be perhaps linked to the type of crowd they want to attract.
The interior is a bit small, but fine enough. It's great that they have strong wi-fi and charging sockets in various places.
When the weather is nice, I'd definitely recommend sitting outside as that's the part of the cafe with the more character. There's also a hatch which you can order from from the outside which means you don't necessarily have to keep coming in if you want anything.
All in all, it's a quaint and cosy cafe in a good location which I wouldn't mind coming to...
