Thang Long — Restaurant in Berlin

DO NOT EVER COME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I will never, ever come here again. Do you see all these reviews with 1 stars? Believe them. I would give them 0/5 if possible.

I came here, despite the 2.7 star reviews, and decided to give them a chance. I ordered a Reisbandnudelsuppe, paid €9.80 and sat down.

A few minutes later, the food was ready. I went up and got it, and the first thing I noticed WAS A LONG STRAIN OF HAIR IN THE SOUP. I immediately called for someone who worked there, and he came and took the hair away.

Then, he came back and asked me what the problem was. I said that there was a hair in the food, that he had taken it away, and that I wanted a new bowl. They all refused, saying that I didn't have any evidence. No new bowl, no money back. I asked if they were joking. They continued to deny what had happened.

When I said that I would never come back again, they said that was fine and showed me the way out. I didn't really care about the €10, but I decided to write an honest review about my experience instead. They noticed me standing outside the restaurant, and they kept harassing me to keep me from writing the review.

Trust me. Don't ever come here. If you go against my and anyone's best judgment, take photo/video evidence, because they will erase it while literally laughing...

This is an Oriental buffet self service restaurant. However, the food can only be plated up in a single instance. You have options of small and large plate for the buffet. There are vegetarian and non vegetarian options in the buffet which can be plated up mixed as well. There are salads, rice, fried rice, noodles, tofu dishes, chicken, duck etc, some fritters, spring rolls etc. You can take a hot and sour soup additionally. There are also a-la-carte options like most other Vietnamese restaurants. Seating area can accommodate good number of people. Beverages are available. Deserve negative stars/review....Horrible experience...been there for 1st time and stayed there only for hardly 5mins. The food and plate quality was not good regarding the price plus The lady staff was too rude and started to yelled on us. We told her to relax as we are paying full amount but she kept on coming back to us on our table again and again and saying something in a loud and rude manner. We had to leave the place without eating as she embarrassed us without any reason. Even after paying full amount and even unable to eat it. Not recommended at all. Not a place to sit and...
