BackWerk — Restaurant in Berlin

Incident happen 26/12/2023 around 2pm. I had a terrible experience with the person working in the shop. While I was selecting a sandwich he shouted at me (quite rudely) to put my handbag to the side of the bakery (which I put on the floor while using both my hands to take out a sandwich.) I selected a Schnitzel Brötchen. As it was right next to the fried fish sandwiches, I ask him to double check that it is not fish because it looked a bit like it could be crumbed fish. He assured me it was the Schweinschnitzel. As he rang it up, the till said "Fish", so I ask him again and stressed I wanted Schnitzel and not fish. He changed the cashier / till to say Schnitzel. Then, as I took a bite I could taste it was the fish I said I did not want. The man started shouting at me in front of all the customers saying it was my fault and he doesn't care. I pointed out to him that it says "Schweinschnitzel" on the tag where I took it out from, at which point he quickly ran and removed the tag. It was quite bizarre. Then he carried on screaming at me saying it was my fault. Only when I said I am going to speak to the police did he give me my money back. I don't know what is wrong with this man, but .I do not think he should work in an environment with women. He is aggressive and rude, and I think he has problems with women. His German is also not great. If it was a language barrier I would have understood, but running to take off the tag to hide his error and then trying to draw other customers into our fight buy loadly screaming... Surely the bakery can find better...

Had an incident with the worker there (yesterday at 19:50h on Thursday the 14th of March). I asked about the TooGoodToGo service (which started at 19:50 according to the app) and the worker told me in a very unrespectful way that I had to wait and it was at 19:55h...after I said I was in a rush for my train and the worker told me "don't you understand me?" . I remained calm and explained the situation again, and he directly started shouting at me. I got afraid, I am not used to being treated so aggressively at a store. Finally he just kicked me out saying "he has to work". I wonder, was it so difficult to prepare my order instead of just...

Terrible experience on 02/8/2025 there was a old lady working with white short hair she don’t use hand gloves and she was very unhygienic also I told to her but she very rudely behave with me but I also tell to very calm and respectful way please were a hand gloves but I think she was racist I don’t understand why people behave like this please take some serious action on her because it’s not first time 3 to 4 time I visited there but result...
