Vinpearl — Restaurant in Berlin

We sat down on the terrace of the restaurant at 5.45pm. After 10 minutes of sitting there without anything happening and the staff talking to one another I went inside to ask if they do self-service or should we wait for someone waiting on us. So far it wasn't too bad because they might just didn't see us out there. We quickly decided on our order (sushi and some alcohol free spritzes) and waited an other 5 mins for the waiter to take our order. At this pont it is 6.05pm. We are talking, sipping our little drink, waiting. We are calm. We still have planty of time to leave for our planned work out at 7pm. And it is JUST sushi. It is gonna be quick...or so we thought. 3 other tables received their orders in the mean time. 2 of them arriving AFTER we placed(!!!) our order. 6.30pm, the waiter comes out and asks if everything is alright ("so weit so gut?"). We were starring at him blankly...we didn't even get any food yet. He's visibly shocked, rushing inside, pointing at us. So, I kindly ask you, do not state that this was the normal process and waiting time. We received our food at 6.40pm. Which apparently could have been made in 10 mins. We immediately asked for the bill because we could not afford to wait another 10 mins for the waiter to pay. I, personally, swallowed my food without any enjoyment and barley having the time to chew it. We had 10 mins to finish a whole plate of sushi.

The restaurant showed zero regret and offered no consolation what so ever. I do believe that at this point they could have just offered the non-alcoholic under 4euros drinks for free...

Amazing Experience at This Asian Gem!

I had an incredible dining experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious – full of authentic flavors and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was fresh and perfectly seasoned, especially the [you can insert a dish, e.g., “sushi platter”].

The service was warm and attentive. The staff made us feel very welcome and took great care of us throughout the evening. The atmosphere was cozy, clean, and tastefully decorated, adding to the overall experience.

Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for high-quality Asian cuisine in a friendly setting. I’ll definitely be coming back...

EDIT: the response from the owner says we were served in the normal time. We were not. We paid before our food arrived because we had to leave. Please take our review and experience seriously.

Had a workout booked and had to leave over an hour after arriving. It was just sushi it should be fast. After 40 minutes the server came back to ask us how our food was. We didn’t receive anything. We said the soy sauce was great! lol. Had to shove down our sushi in less than 10 minutes which was not nice at all and expected at least a sorry or our drinks included (non-alc, less than 4€) but nope. What a...
