Yo! Pho Restaurant Kreuzberg — Restaurant in Berlin

Rude service and average food. I’ve ordered some pho here. Specifically said ‘no coriander’ since it has a strong soap taste for me and definitely inedible. It came with coriander which is fine, everyone makes mistakes. I asked the service personnel to change it. They insisted that green things are actually spring onion. Taste and the shape was definitely coriander but they insisted. Eventually they took it back and brought it back with nothing on top, not even onions or soy sprouts. It was just some broth with the main ingredient. I asked for onions and they laughed and said ‘I thought you didn’t want them.’ They went back to kitchen and started laughing with their colleagues in the kitchen. It was really rude! That was surprisingly nice for that touristy area. They have a vegan section in their menu. Forgot to take a picture of the untouched food. It's already half eaten. The vegan Pho was nice though not extraordinary. The glass noodle salad came without dressing and was a bit blunt. When I asked the waiter about it they brought me a new one which was tasty. Be careful with the Korean bow. It is really hot - temperature and taste-wise. We waited until the (vegan) bowl had cooled down and then it was really good. The athmosphere... The menu had both pho and ramen. We’ve tried these soups many times elsewhere, and this time we decided to order ramen. When it was brought out, I was a bit shocked because it looked more like pho than ramen. It was a completely another soup. I asked the waitress if she was sure it was ramen and not pho. She said yes, because it had an egg… But ramen is different from pho not just because of the egg, but also because of the broth. It also tasted like pho.
