I regret that I visited. The waiter guy is so rude. And the food is no so good as price. cheating customer.

When we almost finished our dishes, we put the voucher book on the table without saying anything to him. At the moment he noticed the book, he got very angry that we don’t show the book before the order.

Yes, it is our fault that we haven’t show it, but we didn’t ask any discount or using voucher. Moreover, he took our dishes before we finished, even though I said “not yet”. That was so rude and I got a bit confused. However I asked him, what the problem is. And then he pointed out that we have to order two main dishes and two drinks. Ok, We have ordered two main dishes, one soup and big bottle of water, i told him that große Wasser can be two drinks, which is not cheaper than two small bottles of water. Of course he doesn’t listen to me because he serves appropriate dish. As someone wrote on the reviews, he will serve the smaller portion meat dish, when you shows the voucher when order.

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist eher schlecht. Für 19€ bekommt man einen gemischten Grillteller mit drei kleinen Spießen, einem Hackfleischröllchen und einem kleinen Lammkotelett. Dazu Bulgur und einen kleinen Salat. Da bekommt man auch in der Altstadt zum Teil deutlich mehr.

Das Essen ist in Ordnung aber nichts Außergewöhnliches. Der Chef preist seine Speisen in höchsten Tönen an als: "Bestes Fleisch in ganz Bielefeld" und "So etwas bekommen sie sonst nirgends serviert."

Kundenfreundlichkeit ist bei Restaurants dieser Art normalerweise der ausschlaggebende Faktor. Hier aber auf keinen Fall! Wir hatten das CityForTwo-Heft dabei und haben bei der Bestellung vergessen anzukündigen, dass wir gern den Gutschein verwenden möchten. Wir haben dies genau eine Minute später nachgeholt und der Chef des Lokals hat es abgelehnt, da er ja dafür ein Storno durchführen und alles neu eingeben müsste. Ich habe erwidert, dass das in anderen Restaurants nie ein Problem sei, worauf dann wortwörtlich folgende Antwort kam: "Das macht keiner noch nach der Bestellung. Das hätte auch kein Deutscher jemals gemacht und das nach der Bestellung akzeptiert!"

Eine wirklich lächerliche Reaktion, zumal nie vorher ein Wort über Nationalitäten meinerseits kam. Die 11 Euro Rabatt kann der Chef gern behalten, obwohl das überhaupt der Grund war, warum wir das Lokal besuchten. Bis wir zahlen konnten, hat es auch ewig gedauert und wir wurden von sämtlichen Kellnern ca. 20 Minuten ignoriert. Beim Bezahlen wurde quasi als Trost gesagt, dass wir ja das nächste Mal den Gutschein nutzen können.

Sicher nicht, denn so eine Kundenbehandlung tu ich mir nicht noch einmal an und empfehle allen, das Lokal zu meiden!

EDIT zur Antwort des Inhabers: Wenn Sie solche Beschwerden nur ausschließlich von Kunden mit einem Gutscheinheft bekommen, dann lassen Sie sich doch nicht mehr in solche Hefte aufnehmen und das Problem ist für beide Seiten gelöst. Man vergisst es nun mal oft bei der Bestellung und geht davon aus, dass es eine Minute später noch reicht (wie gesagt, war bisher nirgends sonst ein Problem). Wenn Sie dabei so restriktiv vorgehen und daraus mehrfach Kundenunzufriedenheit resultiert, sollten möglicherweise die richtigen Schlüsse...

the waitress came after a long time to our table to take our order, my friends tried to make eye contact but didn’t manage. We waited maybe 45 minutes or so till she came to take the order.

there were mistakes made with our order, we didn’t receive some of the stuff we ordered whatsoever and we received something we didn’t order.

the water that they served tasted like pipe water even though it was bottled.

I will not return to this restaurant mainly because of the service and the attitude...
