I had one of the most appalling dining experiences at here,, and I feel compelled to share my story to prevent others from undergoing the same mistreatment. Last winter, on an extremely cold day with temperatures well below freezing, my friends and I decided to try out this restaurant. We arrived at the venue, excited to savor some authentic Japanese cuisine. However, our excitement quickly dissipated when we were made to wait outside for nearly a hour. Despite the fact that there were clearly empty tables inside, the staff, predominantly Japanese, seemed in no hurry to seat us. When we politely inquired about the delay, we were brushed off with curt responses. What made this situation even worse was the evident display of racial discrimination. . To our astonishment, they were immediately seated, even though we had been waiting much longer. When we confronted the staff about this unfair treatment, a Japanese manager sneered at us, making derogatory remarks about our ethnicity. Once we were finally seated, the service did not improve. The waitstaff was rude and unresponsive. This visit was a complete disaster. The restaurant not only failed to provide basic customer service but also violated the principles of equality and respect. I would strongly advise anyone considering dining to think twice. No one should be subjected to such cold - hearted treatment, both literally and...
Read morethe place itself is small and cozy, waitress was so super nice, always smiling, kind, and polite. She talks to the customers in a calm, easy going manner, over all a lovely person
the tonkotsu garlic ramen was intense and delicious. The noodle was cooked to perfection, ramen egg was golden and fluffy, the broth was so rich in flavor, and the pork on the side was delicious. If you don't like garlic that much, just be careful when mixing the whole noodle soup because it can and will get intense from the garlic beneath the pork slice.
the tokusei ramen was also delicious but not as intense as the tonkotsu and it doesn't have the ramen egg (but one can always order extra). This noodle is perfect for people who doesn't like intense flavor
the blue lemonade drink was super sweet. Refreshing, but too sweet. It felt like I was drinking liquid cotton candy
it is wiser to come there (the latest) half an hour after they open. If one comes too late, then one will not get a place to seat and has to gawk at other people eating trying to snatch a table
Overall, it was an amazing experience. Will definitely come and...
Read moreI went with my friends on a Saturday and we all enjoyed the best ramen we have ever eaten.
Before eating, we were already excited by the expectations of having read so many positive reviews, which of course came true and I join those positive experiences of this place. To start with, the treatment (in perfect English) that we received from the woman who served us was super warm, kind and attentive, a sweet woman. The food, first the gyozas: an explosion of flavor on our taste buds. The ramen, we ordered the Kumamoto Tonkotsu and the Chashu. The broth, wonderful, the noodles perfectly cooked, intense flavor. For dessert, cheesecake that they make themselves, fluffy and crunchy from the flamed sugar on its top.
A wonderful experience. We plan to return often, if the queues of people wanting to eat here let us, because everyone seems to have the same good...
