I have visited this place at least 4 times by now. The food in this place is very hot and cold, there are good days and bad days. Unfortunately, my visit yesterday was the worst and I have decided it will be my last visit. During all the visits there was only one time when the burger was good enough. But, the service on all the multiple visits were always terrible. The waiting staff really don't care or take the time to talk and advice you, if you have questions you get the feeling that they might be a bit annoyed. I think it's cause the place is busy and packed but they are highly understaffed. We were a group of 5 and had to wait at least 10 mins at the door to be seated, despite having made reservations, the serving staff passed by us many times but noone even cared to say, please wait you will be seated even. All our burgers were dry, I felt like my burger was made messy, the bacon was overcooked and got the feeling that there was something missing on the burger. Its really hard to make a burger not taste good so for a burger grill to make this happen speaks for itself! We had to be on the lookout everytime for the service staff and wave or ask them to please give us some attention. So, if you do not want terrible service, should avoid kind of burgers, dirty toilets, and not so clean seating areas then save...

Nicely dressed, modern restaurant. Inside there are the elements with bamboo and plants on the wall, very nice atmosphere. The burgers are very good. I'm vegetarian and I'm happy I have a selection of real options, not just 'slap a vegetable burger in instead of the meat'. And, there are also vegan options. The gf likes the meat burgers, so, that should also be covered. You can have fries, steak fries or sweet potato fries on the side. There are 4 kind of sauces at your disposal. The selection of drinks is also wide enough, with also options here for alternatives for alcohol (mocktails) or sodas. All in all, certainly worth to eat out here once. War neulich dort. Na dann direkt zur Sache. Bedingung war gut nett freundlich nicht zu beanstanden, aber war alles auch ziemlich leer. Auf Burger musste ich nicht lange warten, zeitlich war auch ok. Geschmacklich war auch sehr gut, mit frischen Dill und Petersilie und Tomaten. Ich habe mir die Variante mit Pilzen bestellt. Leider waren die Pilze aus der Dose genommen, sehr schade. Nachhinein mir wurde gesagt das es doch frische und angebratene Pilze. Mag sein das es angebraten aber definitiv nicht frische Pilze sondern aus der Dose. Der geschmaucht kenne ich viel zu gut, da braucht mir keine was erzählen .Auf der Bild auch sehr gut zu erkenne, das es Pilz aus der Dose kommt. Das Cocktail war innerhalb 5 min gebracht, leider war aber Alkohol kaum zu spüren, war ehe Kinder Getränk. Wenn man ein Cocktail bestellt, solle es auch ein Cocktail sein, und nicht einfach Eis mit Saft gemischt. Was mich aber etwas aufgeregt, das ist die Hygiene. • Tischset ist aus Filz, in Gastronomie meine Meinung nach, pass überhaupt nicht rein. jedes Mal nach den Gästen muss dann gewechselt werden. Sonst man bekommt das was auf den Fotos drauf ist. • Das ganze Tisch und Filz werden von Mietarbeiter direkt, nach den Gästen mit einem Lappen durchgewischt. Was auch eigentlich gut ist, wenn nicht eine Sache. Versuchen Sie mal etwas Ketschup aus den Filz nur einfach darüberwischen, um es weg zu kriegen. Geht das nicht oder? Solche Sachen ein Fund für Bakterien. • Aber was geht überhaupt nicht, das man diesem Lappen steckt in Gürteltasche wo auch Portmonee ist und anderen Sachen. Für Lappen sollte extra eine Tasche verwendet werden. Leider war kein Einzel Fall, alle Kellnerin ein Lappen so getragen. Hat da ein Nagelpilz zb. und wird das rein in den Filz reingerieben und überall verteilt. • Außerdem die Männertoilette war sehr unsauber. Die Bilder sagen alles. Würde schon mal gerne wieder kommen, aber wenn ich immer weiter der Filz auf den Tischen sehen würde und Lappen die zusammen mit Portmonee in einer Tasche getragen, werde ich am liebsten...
