So today was one of those days were I regretted spending hard earned money at one of the worst indian restaurants i’ve been to. So to began with, It was hard to understand the service staff as all of them mumbled rather than speaking clearly, secondly on the menu they had a chef’s recommendation platter with a few items mentioned for about 26 euros, Me and my wife thought that it’ll probably be for 2 people, so we asked the lady and she confirmed it as well that yes you can share. So now our order came and I was surprised seeing the quantity of each item , the quantity was sort of like when you give taste test samples for free. Read moreV visited this hotel this week. V were 4 ppl. 2 of us didn't have much desire to eat. So v ordered 1 biryani and a coffee. The staff was arrogant enough to tell us that who wants to eat can sit and rest can leave. This was not at all indianness. One of my colleague did touch the cutlery and staff started lecturing that this is not India. Its Germany, we don't know whether ur hands r clean enough to touch d cutlery. He can't serve all 4 as he has to rearrange or set table for 4 but revenue will only b for 2. We were shocked to see this attitude. We all came out by ordering d food as take home. The biryani came and v asked for bill, he said, if u need bill it will come with 19% tax, so decide. Again 3rd rated service. I strongly condemn this attitude. Read moreHello, I was there yesterday (07.08.2013) with all my family. The food was okay but the service was unbelievably poor!! We didn't get any food on time what we ordered and instead the food which we didn't ordered. I couldn't find this restaurant as appropriate as when we gave our feedback to the restaurant owner he said, "Your feedback doesn't matter to me as we have many guests coming in every day and you as single customer do not make any difference to my restaurant". "It does not matter or make any difference if you (we as customer) come once in 5 years etc. etc" The restaurant owner "Anil Fredrick" and one of their staff "Sunny" was totally rude with us when we said that as an owner you shouldn't say that.
