This is my worst experience ever in any restaurants in the world !! I don’t know whats wrong with the owner, I can ONLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DONT GO THERE if you don’t wanna destroy your day. I don’t have a high expectation on “all you can eat”sushi, but this is way too low even for unauthentic sushi!!! Sushi rice was even too hot to eat! Everything was served with a lot of cheap rice and a tiny piece of fish on top. Sashimi was too chewy to eat! Plastic covers of the sushi on the band were so old and dirty, I could still see the old sauce left on it. WHAT IS WORST IS THE SERVICE! It was no service! It was just assault!! When we wanted to order the Tako sushi on the menu, the owner was literally yelling at us “what are you thinking?? The menu is already 10 years old! We don’t sell Tako any more! We are the cheapest all you can eat sushi restaurant in Köln!!! If you don’t have money, don’t ask for more!!!!! Tako? Are you dreaming? „ we were so pissed, asked for the bill and left immediately. This guy is apparently an unhappy person who hates to work but still...

This was my first all you can eat sushi place. It might be my last.

I’ll start with the pluses: it is very quiet there, so for us looking to talk to our friends, the experience was good. The people are nice, service is good. We did the rolling sushi/all you can eat. They really do let you eat as much as you want, and there’s no time limit like at other places.

Now for the minuses: Food variety was very limited. Same things rolling to us over and over, and they roll so slowly you have to wait ages for things to come around. Many items on the menu were not available (fatty tuna belly, unagi/eel, etc) so no way to get more variety really either. When I ordered on the menu, the fish was bad; not sure if I have food poisoning today. The rice in everything was too wet for sushi. They were not rolled properly so the seaweed started to disintegrate when it touched soy sauce and the rolls lose their integrity. For €27.50, I expected more.
