Ich stimme immer noch mit dem vorherigen Kommentar überein, aber ich sollte sehr ehrlich und aktualisiert sein. Also hier ist die neue Bewertung:

Nicht empfehlenswert:

nicht weil der Kaffee oder der Kuchen schlecht ist, sondern wegen des Service und der Behandlung der Kunden, die ich bei meinen früheren Besuchen nicht bemerkt habe. Aber dann werden Sie fragen, was hat sich denn jetzt geändert? Nun, ja, es hat sich geändert, sie haben eine Kellnerin (Deutsche mittleren Alters), die nur darauf hinweist, vorsichtiger zu sein, weil ich nicht andere beschuldigen will, da sie keine Rolle in dieser Sache haben. Es sieht so aus, als wäre sie nicht in der Schule gewesen und wüsste nicht, wie man sich richtig benimmt, und hat definitiv keine Ahnung, was "Gastfreundschaft" bedeutet? Sie kann ihre eigene Muttersprache nicht lesen und verstehen und ist nicht bereit zu verstehen und nicht einmal bereit, ihre eigene Schuld zu akzeptieren. Wow, einfach nur wow, wie schlecht sie mich behandelt hat, und ich war immer noch höflich und habe versucht, ihr zu erklären, was mit ihr oder mit ihrer Art, Leute zu behandeln, nicht stimmt. Ratet mal, was "Sie ging weg" und lassen Sie jemand anderes die Situation zu behandeln, und dieser Kerl verstanden und dann vermittelt ihr, aber sie war einfach arrogant. Dann habe ich einfach gesagt, Adios, ich werde nie wieder hier sein, und ich werde meinen Teil tun, indem Sie diese Bewertung, wie ich nur wollen, dass die Menschen bewusst sein, von dieser Art von Menschen zu schreiben.

Und natürlich, wenn ich gute Kritiken schreiben kann, dann kann ich auch schlechte schreiben, wenn mir danach ist. Ich bin einfach nur ehrlich und logisch.

EN: Still agree with the previous comment but I should be very honest and updated. So here's the new review:

Not recommended: not because the coffee or cake is bad but because their service and treatment of customers, which I failed to notice in my previous visits. But then you'll ask, what has changed now? Well, yes it has changed, they have a waitress (middle aged German), just specifying to be more cautious because I don't want to blame others as they have no role in this. It looks like that she hasn't been to school and don't know how to behave properly, and definitely have no idea what "hospitality" means? She can't read and understand her own native language and not willing to understand and not even willing to accept her own fault. Wow, just wow, how bad she treated me and I was still being polite trying to explain her what's wrong with her or with her way of treating people. Guess what, "She walked away" and let someone else handle the situation, and this guy understood and then conveyed her but she was just arrogant. Then I just said to them Adios, I'll never be here again, and I'll do my part by writing this review as I just want people to be aware of these kind of people.

And of course, if I can write good reviews, when I feel about it then I can write bad as well. Just being honest...

Terrible and arrogant cashiers. We had a lunch here, it was not that bad considering it's price. It might be a thief if you expect great food here. If you don't have any choice, then go there. Including drinks, it costs about 18 Euro. (We were three persons) After we had a lunch, we bought some breads. Problem came from there. The cashier, elder woman took more money from me and gave me less and different breads. Because it was paid as we ordered and the breads were wrapped, we found her mistake when we was about to eat them. When we went to complain it, she ignored me and didn't admit her mistake. Also, the other male cashier threatened me pointing CCTV camera. He made me a liar. They ignored us. Though they spoke German, I was able to catch it on their faces. Eventually, the other cashier who could speak English apologized on behalf of them, but...

Absolutely atrocious staff. I just learned that my mother wanted to purchase some things there so she made a finger gesture to point at the glass to what she wanted (not even touching the glass), the person that was apparently taking her order literally slapped her hand while telling her something in German (don't do that). First of all, who's this lowlife cashier that feels entitled to tell customers what to do? Second, disgusting behavior, that person was lucky she was alone and she's polite and wasn't with her family or he'd get in some serious trouble for assaulting a woman. I'm noticing a pattern with this shop and their treatment of foreign people. Maybe I'll pay a visit there too and do the same gesture and see if the staff member tries to do the same to...
