I have been lot of time not only in this Ramen restaurant but also in Kai, and Chicken store (it was my favorite Milktea and Banh My store before they changed it to be Chicken one). I know that they belong to one owner then the staff go around. I always had a very good experience there and that it’s definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Dresden. But today, i was surprised and super angry for the first time because of the waitress today. She was loudly backbiting of all the tables in Vietnamese with the kitchen staff with very bad words. I was there with the other foreigner friends. We spoke sometimes English, sometimes German, so she didn’t know that I would understand everything she said. It was very annoying. The food was still good as usual but I felt so bad and even cannot concentrate on the topic my friends are talking about. I have been a waitress before and I know how hard this job is and I always try to be nice and think for them but today it was too much for me. Sorry but that was too unprofessional, the lady work on the lunch...
Read moreSuper cozy and familiar little Ramen restaurant in authentic Japanese atmosphere and taste. Very good for average restaurant price. You love umami? Then you will get addicted to this! It's the best Ramen I have eaten in my life in restaurants. Tipps: come early if you want a place. It is the secret tip in the heart of the city and they do not have much room. Especially weekends in the summer. Better go 17:00 - 18:00 I found the best umami tasting things are the eggs they put on the ramen. So my favourite is not on the menu but I eat it every time I am here and the cute Thai waitress always remembers it: Shoyu Ramen (the one on the left side of the menu) without any meat but rather lots of extra eggs. You should try that! Show them the picture I attached and say hi from me ;D try the plum wine with it (Umeshu) you have the young scene life outside. Fuel up with a good ramen and then see the bars and dance clubs or...
Read moreAnother restaurant in Dresden that offers Ramen! This time the place and the decoration looks really authentic .. if the people at the cooking pots would speak Japanese instead of Vietnamese (and if there would be more Asians among the guests) you would really feel like to be in a Ramen Bar in Tokyo. The food could not catch up unfortunately. We had Shoyu based Tonkatsu and Miso based Veggie ramen. The Miso based stock was way too salty the Shoyu stock was ok but a bit flat and sweet. The texture of the noodle was ok but taste could be better. Additional ingredients and presentation is fair. The portion size is quite big but I prefer taste. We had also Gyoza which were very soft. If the rating is only about the food it would...
