BEUYS Bar — Restaurant in Dusseldorf

Nice bar with great cocktails. Very expensive though: €16-25,- per cocktail. You're supposed to get complementary water and popcorn including refills, but the service is really bad. After we finished our cocktail, we tried for almost an hour to order another, but the waitstaff ignored us. A real shame, we would have had many more if they served us. And it wasn't just us: every other table seemed to have the same troubles ordering. One by one we all left. We won't return, sadly cannot recommend this...

Close to the infamous "Ratinger" street, but you dont enter this bar to drink beer. If you love stylish, excellent cocktails, this is the place to be. Gets usually more crowded from 9 pm on or later. So if you want a table come early. Otherwise there is a chance you cant enter until someone gets out. Its a good policy as usually such small bars tend to get overcrowded. Never experienced that in Beuys. Nice personell that doesnt become pushy to order the next round. All in all relaxed...

Very small but the atmosphere is very nice and cozy. The menu is very originally made into a cassette but they can also make you other cocktails if you don't find what you want you just have to ask. They made me a very very good old fashioned. The music is good too but not too loud so that you can still have a normal conversation with others.
