On July 30th, during a layover at Frankfurt Airport, I visited Heberer’s Traditional Bakery and wish to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by one of your employees. Firstly, I noticed that there was no clear order for forming a queue, which caused some confusion when placing my order. A young man began ordering before me, unaware that I was ahead in line, but his mother intervened to inform the staff member that I was first, which the employee clearly heard. When paying, my mother noticed that the amount was unusually high. A nearby customer explained that her order was separate from mine. At that moment, the employee—a blonde woman over 50 years old—reacted with a rude and unprofessional attitude, raising her voice and expressing her displeasure in an inappropriate manner. (It is important to note that at no point did anyone speak to her rudely or raise their voice.) While she attended the other customer normally, she spoke to me with reluctance and discourtesy, which I find unacceptable, especially in a customer service environment where respect and professionalism are expected. I consider this treatment disrespectful to me as a paying customer, and I do not understand how individuals with such attitudes are allowed to work in customer service. Read moreHave been picking up food and coffee from here during transit since 2 years now. This time, I had the worst experience with the staff acting like petty thieves! Stood in line and ordered a chocolate donut which i paid for 3.5 euros. I went to the pharmacy opposite for 2 minutes to get a band-aid for a cut on my finger and when I came back to pickup the donut I asked the same staff member (lady) for my donut and she asked me to get back and line and pay again for an item I already purchased. I in good faith never asked for a receipt but now I know my mistake on trusting people. Its not about the money but that appalling and disgraceful attitude is enough to avoid this place through all my future years of travel. The staff may as well carry donation boxes because it seems like petty thievery is the only way they can earn money because they lack basic human respect...

So we found this place and the food looked wonderful in the display cabinet but that's where the positive things stop
Sandwiches🥪 and big pretzel 🥨 we had were so dry to a point u think it could cut your mouth open. They were just a let down, sandwiches didn't even have butter on them.
So they don't keep it very fresh as it could of been sitting their for a few hours.
Staff the guy who served us was just plain unfriendly and didn't ask or warm our foods up, he just didn't seem to care.
Not one staff member had a smile and we seem to be a burden on them, lot of talking and shouting at the back but not much real customer service going on.
I know it's an airport but still ..this place had no service or friendliness.
