Bottom line: If hungry for non-German food, you must pay a visit to Namaste Indian Restaurant....it's the best!

While in Frankfurt for business, my wife and I had a desire to eat something other than the standard German fare we typically eat. Moreover, when out and about or on trips, she and I like to eat Indian food for a bit of variety.

With that in mind, I'd like to highly recommend you visit Namaste Restaurant if you're looking for top quality Indian food in Frankfurt, or in Germany for that matter! Having had the opportunity to dine in dozens of Indian restaurants around the world, I can say--without reservation--this was the best Indian meal we've had! When the owner approached our table to see how we were enjoying the meal, I told him the exact same thing and asked him to please pass out highest compliments to the chef. In addition to the most well-prepared and appropriately-spiced chicken tikka masala I've ever eaten, the service was attentive without being oppressive, and everyone was very nice and professional. If décor is your thing, then you'll be pleased to know the owner has clearly invested considerable money investing in aesthetic upgrades to his restaurant. We ate outside on the expansive patio, but when we come back during cooler weather, we'll be happy to sit inside and get the full immersive experience.
