L'Arôme - Fine Cuisine Frankfurt am Main — Restaurant in Frankfurt

My husband and I, we love fine dining and Michelin Star Restaurants. I had this place on my to-visit-list… this evening I was walking by the restaurant with my 3 year old and he desperately needed a pee. So we entered, no guests, and we asked if we could use the toilet for him. The answer was “no, sorry”, I repeated my question, the answer of the cook and waitress “no, sorry”. So we left. I respect your decision to deny the toilet for a 3 year old but I will remove our visit from my list as I prefer to spend my money for a restaurant which convinces with excellent cuisine...

I recently arranged a large company event at L'Arôme, whereby we booked out the whole restaurant for 50 guests. From start to finish the experience was fabulous. Valerie was so helpful and flexible on email. She was always prompt to respond, accommodating of our menu requirements, very friendly and happy to help. Das Restaurant ist zentral gelegen und fußläufig oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar. Es hat ein angenehmes Ambiente. Meine Begleitung und ich hatten jeweils das vegetarische Menü (4 Gänge + Gruß des Hauses und ein süßer Abschluss). Eine Weinbegleitung gab es optional dazu. Sehr erfreut war ich über die Tatsache, dass unproblematisch auf einen Sonderwunsch aufgrund einer Allergie meinerseits beim Essen eingegangen wurde. Die Bedienung war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, aber nicht aufdringlich. Das Essen selbst war ein Genuß für die Sinne. Sowohl optisch (die Art der Präsentation, das Zusammenspiel der Farben etc.), geschmacklich und auch beim Spiel mit Konsistenzen. Passend zu jeden Gang ein individuell ausgesuchter Wein, inklusive Hintergrundinformationen zu dem jeweiligen Wein.
