Very disappointing experience. We came as a small group and tried almost everything on the menu. The ceviche dishes are OK, but nothing spectacular, and not worth 14-15 euros. The main dishes also lack character, and the lomo saltado was made without french fries in it. All in all, very overpriced mediocre food. Worst of all though was the slow and inattentive service. Food coming out in irregular times, nobody checking up on us, empty plates and drinks left on the table- Its a tiny place (5 tables?), so if the appetizers (made from cold fish) do not show up after 45 minutes, the staff should say something... My favourite was the offer of a free dessert for the slow service, that the waitress neglected to even bring. She was playing with her iPhone when I finally had to go to the bar to ask for the bill. A shame, as Peruvian food...
Read moreI was really dessappointed 🙁 the dishes don't correspond to the real peruvian food. I ordered "arroz con mariscos" and "lomo saltado". The first one looked and tasted more like paella from Aldi 🤦🏻♀️and the second one ...not tasty and the rice smelled like gas so I couldn't eat it 😫 and the tomatoes (cocktail and not the big one) were really row, no french potatoes as usual.... I mean for 21€ per dish I expected an excellent quality, taste and presentation. In addition, the portion was really small (see the pics). We had to wait around 45min for the food (Friday) that came out in different times which is not nice if your are in group. I just give you one star because of the friendly staff and the location. Sorry, but we were not satisfied! Your dishes are really overpriced, the real Peruvian taste is...
Read moreWe managed to have a spontaneous dinner at this restaurant , the Peruvian cuisine produced is very specific . But if you are a fan of exotic, slightly spicy-tasting food, then you should definitely try dishes such as "Aji de Gallina", and of course do not give up the "classic ceviche" - tender fresh pieces of white fish fillet under lime - chili marinade, with sweet potatoes and especially crispy corn - a combination of Wow sour bomb , I lacked a little more greens in the dish - ( coriander ) and chili .. At the end, be sure to try the dessert from "lukoma", a little delicate caramel creamy taste.
Very cozy interior . My husband , originally from Peru , was pleasantly surprised , and recommended this place to friends . We'll come back again when we're passing...
