Panino — Restaurant in Frankfurt

After we were seated, we called for the waiter 4 times. Each time he said he is going to come and he didn’t. This process took 15 mins. We had to get up from our table and literally had to drag him to the table for him to take our order. The order itself wasn’t any faster either. We waited more than 30 minutes for the order to arrive. After I wrote this review, owner came and asked, Did Kayra escape pointing to an empty seat (some of our friends were outside for smoking). Me and a friend of mine were sitting at the table and I said I’m here. Then he said did you write this review like a bch? He is absolutely foul-mouthed and extremely rude. He is a bully and has no business in service sector. Definitely avoid this place. It is completely unacceptable to call a customer bch. On top of it all, the food, especially lasagna was bad and meat was not medium as ordered. If he paid as much attention to taking orders as he did to swearing and calling his customers a b**ch, it would be even...

Horrible! Stay Away!!

It's close to the Frankfurt station and I went with a colleague since our train was late. Ordered a beer and 2 pasta.

Came quickly. My colleague ordered with mixed seafood and after one spoon realised that it was stinking bad. I too tasted and it was clear that the seafood was spoiled and was 100% not fresh. We called the waiter and asked him to take it away and replace with a fresh dish.

The owner came. Didn't say a word and picked up both our plates, the beer and told us to get lost!!! I have never seen such a behaviour in my life. I was so shocked I asked him what service is this? He said we are liars and to never come again!

If this is service, imagine what's going on in the kitchen. Even 2 other guests were nodding their heads and looking at their own food...

We had a disgraceful incident at the Panino restaurant where we went for a nice dinner with my brother and our friends. We had to call the waiter 5 times to order. After placing the order, my brother shared this complaint on the internet as a review and the restaurant owner saw this review and came to our table about his comment and called him “Did you write a review on Google like a bih?”. This is an establishment and no one can talk to anyone like this. There is no explanation for calling him a bih. I have traveled to at least 10 countries and visited thousands of restaurants. I have never seen such a disgrace in my life. This is a restaurant that I would definitely not recommend you to go to. Also, most of the food was bad and even the best that came...
