Phuket Thai Imbiss — Restaurant in Frankfurt

I came to this place becaise it was highly recommended, but did not have a very nice experience. We had to share the table with a very rude men, so we moved to another table but then my husband got soaked because the restaurant decided to move the umbrellas covering us from the rain at the time we were eating, so all of the water accumulated fell into him. Luckily I took his plate away on time and water did not come into his food. Why didnt the staff tell us to move before doing that? Also, I asked for sauces for my food and I was told by the waitress I had to get them myself from the inside (she wasn't doing anything at that time). So I went and get them. But when I was still eating my food, she came to my table and took the sauces to give them to another custoner that had asked for them. That was very rude. Rude and impatient waitress just because i don’t speak thai. I ask a few more question she start to mumble in thai Infront of me from the tone she is complaining or worst scolding me? This is the first and last time in this restaurant. A restaurant with such attitude toward their customer I believe their food will not be more appetizing then others. Felt very much discriminated. Takeaway never gave any cutlery expect to eat with my hands? There are better option around . Wonder how did they survive with such attitude and food standard. Seafood fried rice very sweet. Favorite authentic Thai food in Frankfurt.

I always come back for the noodle soups and the Pad Kra Pao.

Food 10/10: This time we tried the seafood version, albeit good, I still prefer the classic beef pad kra pao. The noodle soup is not too spicy and has lots of topping.

Service 9/10: You order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. Take out is fast as well. One downside: Cash only!
