The Espresso Bar — Restaurant in Frankfurt

Super good coffee , sadly the service is horrible. This coffee was recommended from the Coffee Trip app, and actually I understand why, the coffee itself is very delicious. On the other hand, they couldn't deliver an Oat Milk- Flat White, since according to the Barista, it was not possible to Foam Oat Milk (?). My gf also wanted to order a Decaf cappuccino, and the answer of the Barista was literally " we have only real coffee, no Decaf or Matcha". I mean I understand his passion about coffee beans, but Decaf is also a legitimate option. Maybe the owner should look at the Testing of James Hoffmann on Decaf coffee. This place is promising , but some changes in customer service...

Such a shame that this place exists in the middle of Frankfurt (which should be a civilised city, right)? The bartender has absolutely no idea about coffee, just points to the menu with all those fancy italian names and tells to choose coffee latte if an espresso is too little coffeine. They also charge you 0,3€ extra if you pay by card (like, is this even real! And kid me not - in the financial centre of Germany). For two take away espresso...

I came across many coffee bars in frankfurt, yet this tiny little espresso bar amazes me every time being there. The espresso is by far the most balanced and tastiest aroma i ever had in an espresso shot. I alway love coming to this place, although there isn't many space for lots of customers. Anyway, standing on the sidewalk, sipping of my espresso and watching others passing by...
