I love to dine in here with my friends when we are craving for mexican food. but today we had a bad experience. the waiter was very impolite, we came at 16:10 and they said we only allowed to stay untill 18:00 because tables are reserved then. thinking that we still have 1 and a half hour time to eat and drink we decided to stay. The first waiter took our order for drinks but we needed a little time to decide for food. after 5 minutes the second waiter came and took our order. after almost one hour of waiting for our food the first waiter came to us and told us that we should go because we just ordered only drinks and its almost 18:00. we told him that we already ordered and the second waiter took our order, and it came out that the second waiter forgot to told the kitchen about our order.
Our food came one hour late and we literally have to eat fast because we should bill out in less than 30 Minutes. I wasnt able to enjoy the food that I always order here that i really like.
when we were going to pay, the third waiter came to bill us out. I noticed that he was charging me for the drink that my friend ordered and he just answered " es ist doch egal". I dont know if my cocktail was same price as what my friend ordered but when it was, he couldve explained it. after we paid he didnt even said thank you or goodbye just like what normal people do. the two starts is for the second waiter who was the only nice person there and took time to apologize for his mistake. We just wanted to have a nice meal after a long day of work. this poor service and bad experience just ruined our evening and brought us in bad mood. I dont think we are coming...
Read moreVery poor service experience! Had dinner here on a Saturday evening. Came without reservations. Waited for a table for a bit and then got it inside. Had the poulet chimichanga, fajitas verduras and Nachos Tijuana. Food was average. Chimichanga wasn’t fried which is typically the case. Fajitas verduras were bland and tasteless. They don’t even give any salsa to season the fajitas, it just comes with tiny portions of chopped tomatoes, guacamole and sour cream and a side of tortilla. But there is no cheese or seasoning in the fajitas so its just sizzling boiled vegetables. Their nachos were good which I can recommend.
What made our experience really poor was the service. None of the serving staff were interested in serving food or helping customers. Everyone had a poor attitude and when you ask them for something it felt like you are asking for a favor rather than something you are paying for.
Lastly this place was so expensive that I couldn’t understand if I am in Germany or Switzerland where prices are always much higher for food. This didn’t feel like Germany price wise at all. And the cost didn’t justify the food or the service which we received!
I would not come here again and would really suggest them to improve their serving which leaves a very poor...
Read moreMy friends and I went to this restaurant hoping to get a proper Mexican/Spanish experience. As a proud spaniard I wanted to let my foreign friends have a taste of the famous cuisine of my country. We ordered Jamón de Pata Negra. This is one of the Spanish specialities and it tends to be quite pricey. But it is worth it as it is great quality. Instead we got a cheap salty ham. This was fake advertisement and it was a scam as they tried to sell us something that was not for the price of Pata Negra. When we discussed this with the manager he pretended to not know anything and didn’t even listen to us or solve the issue. This is a clear example of absolutely detrimental costumer service. We then also asked for a tortilla de patatas and we got an omelette with some paprika and tomatoes. The manager didn’t even know what a true...
