CafeReiseBar — Restaurant in Hamburg

I like the look and feel and vibe of this place a lot BUT (and a BIG BUT), it's not a good choice if you don't like cigarette smoke. There is a smoking room upstairs and the whole place has a smokey smell. That hasn't changed in a decade unfortunately. For me, it's the one thing that ruins this bar.

It could also be improved by offering a non-alcoholic cocktail menu. There is only one on offer and not mentioned on the drinks menu at all.

Nice bar but one of the waitresses with light brown / dark blond hair was really unfriendly and pushy tonight. When we didn’t want to tip her (as her service was not good) she just rounded up the money herself and just returned less change. I would suggest giving her some training on how to communicate with customers. All the other staff seemed really friendly and professional though, so I might give it...

wir waren am 13.07.2024 da, gegen 01:00 Uhr. Haben uns gleich beim hingehen auf die Terrasse gesetzt. 10min auf die Menükarte gewartet aber dafür Decken bekommen auf Nachfrage. als wir nach 10min immer noch keine Karte bekommen haben. Sind wir dann selbst rein und haben uns eine Karte geholt. (by the Way) es waren weniger als 15 Gäste anwesend. in 10 min eine karte zubekommen wäre eigentlich machbar wenn es gerade nichts zutun gibt außer sauber machen. Wie auch immer nach dann insgesamt 20 min. Um unsere Bestellung aufzugeben kam immer noch keiner an unseren Tisch. Und wir rein an die Bar gefragt ob ich etwas bestellen kann. der Freundliche Barkeeper musste unsere Bestellung ablehnen weil die Kaffeemaschine schon aus und gereinigt ist. Ziemlich blöd wir wollten mit 2 heißen Schokoladen beginnen und dann vielleicht ein - zwei Kaltgetränke. Wir sind dann einfach wieder gegangen. Kommen auch nicht nochmal, also ich ganz...
