Today was my third and last time to visit this place. I knew that it takes time to get my Trdlo because the staff is overloaded but today i experienced an awful situation. I have ordered one Trdlo ORIGINAL for my kids and were patiently waiting for it. Passed 20 minutes...then the owner/worker said that one Anni's is ready. It wasnt my order so i continued waiting. Suprisely another lady( who ordered after me) took this Trdlo and even one after. I understood that whether they forgot my order or Anni's means Original!!! So I came to ask once more if my Original is ready..the owner/worker said that I wasnt there and she gaved my Trdlo to other customer..Excellent work!! But i stood beside your casher and was waiting for my Original how come that you looked to me and were searching for me with different order???!! I tried to explain that i was there and my order was Original but not Anni's but she didnt care!!?? It even looked different because Original comes without browny and nutella but the one what she offered was with it. Strange! Owner/worked shouted to me that its my mistake and asked to wait for my Original. And i did so..2 minutes later i got my COLD Trdlo Original and walked away. Fed my kids with ice cream from top untill i reached the Trdlo bread and found it BLACK AND BURNED. How it can be?!! My husband run back to cafe to return it and got money back..The funny thing is that when he returned it they tried to tell him that they dont do such a ugly Trdlo as this black one but obviously the other worker just served me expired and burned one!! If You want to continue running your bussiness then RESPECT THE CLIENT and dont serve...

2 unwelcoming waitresses, flies all over, cupcakes and macaroons on the shelves looks so old. I immediately regretted ordering from here but they already made me pay before they started preparing the order.
I ordered Anna’s which came with an extremely stale and extremely hard and chewy bread, topped with vanilla ice cream (which was the only decent thing), two pieces of chocolate dipped wafers that had started to smell, two 1cm3 sized brownies (that is not a brownie!! It is a very bad and hard piece of cake). She then topped this whole ensemble with a cherry she took out from a tray in the glass shelf. In front of it was a tray of strawberries that had already started growing stuff on them!
Needless to say that by the time I reached the bread I couldn’t take it anymore and had to throw it away after just two bites! And this whole thing for 6.95???!!!
I would have been happier throwing 7 euros into the Elbe than going through this!!
Please if you ever have a craving for this, board a train to Berlin and come to Chimney! They are doing such a good job with the same stuff that I cannot believe I put myself through this in my one day work...

The chimney cake looks great and the sweet version is ok in small quantities, but is so messy to eat by hand it fails to be a good takeaway item. In its own right, it’s not particularly great, the savoury version filled with chicken is simply stupid and pointless, doesn’t work at all. There is nothing really here that a Franzbrötchen doesn’t do better, or a sandwich, or an ice cream cone, for considerably cheaper.
Also: cafe name is potentially embarrassing to pronounce in English, not going to attempt it, and wasps are everywhere, all over the sweet cakes which lie open in their cart. Don’t cafés understand good hygiene or know what a UV Insect killer is?
These things are very...
