LONG WAIT, bad service. We arrived at a very busy time and the kitchen and front were overwhelmed with orders. We spent nearly TWO hours from walking in to walking out, and still did not receive our full order food (only drinks and miso soup). The rest of our order was simple sushi dishes. The waiter forgot to put in our order, but only admitted his mistake after we finally got his attention and spoke about it twice...after having already waited for nearly an hour. His initial response was "There are a lot of people," before he admitted his mistake the second time around. We watched as others came, were served, ate, and left. It was very chaotic and getting any of the staff's attention was difficult, if not somewhat impossible. They were swamped with orders, etc. The prices are good, but I can't say how the food was because we never got any besides the soup! If you go, try to go at a quiet time. Disappointed because I was looking forward to this place, and the menu had good offerings. I hope the restaurant can remedy these issues because it seems to be a decent place for a nice,...

Been there frequently. Very huge menu, and I haven't had anything I didn't like yet. The prices are fair, the food high quality. The atmosphere is very stereotypical, but not in a bad way. The service is fast, really nice and helpful, although your order will come out in a very random fashion. If you order something after the initial order on the paper they provide for writing down your choices, they likely forget about it. But if you are aware of these two quirks you will have a great evening and a well stuffed belly. Reservation in advance is recommended if you want to go during their rush hour or...

The food was very good and I really appreciated unusual taste combinations in some sushi plates. Maybe woule be even nicer if there would be a choice of sushi-sets for 2 with a lot of pieces but this is just a wish. Minus for the service. The Asian girl who was serving us seemed not to really understand nor english, nor german. And putting plates with incoming dish on the plate of the client who is still eating the previous one just shouldn't happen.
