Extremely friendly personal! It doesn't mean that the service is fast, specially if you seat on a table (on the counter is faster). It is open until late so you can just pass by after a club night and eat a goat cheese, my favorite, Donner (Kebab/Pitta Shoarma). But there are many other Turkish specialties, mainly in the restaurant part. During late hours only the counter is open and it is not possible to sit in the restaurant area. The price is totally fair, and it means good quality for an economic price. Some would even say that it is one of the best Donner you can find in Heidelberg. I haven't tried so many to say something like that but it is deftly a possibility. You have also a variety of drinks available, what I personally think it is interesting is that you can drink Turkish water. There is no German branded water available, just the Turkish (at least the last 2 times I was there). You can also just pick up your food and eat somewhere else.
