Wiener Feinbäckerei Heberer — Restaurant in Heidelberg

I was there at around 16:00, the Tiramisu cake looked appetizing so I ordered one, planning to just eat in 5 quick bites.

But the seller was a nightmare.. first she didn't wanna serve me the Tiramisu bcs "it's with alcohol" without asking for my preference. That was very heavy stereotyping and racism right there. Then she asked if I wanna have it to go, I said no want to eat here and SHE ACTUALLY SIGHED VERY LOUD IN FRONT OF ME! Then she said the outside area will be closed. Okay I didn't even want to sit outside. By the time I was done, there are still ppl from before sitting inside. So I really did my 5 quick bites. Yet she was a fraid I would hang around until closing time.. she really is a nightmare. Mind you I do speak German so there is no miscommunication between us there. I know German's hospitality is not the best but during my years living here I've never experienced something...

I came to Heidelberg as a passerby from another city. My request was handled incorrectly, and with complete rudeness and disrespect, they refused to accept the mistake, saying they needed to check the cameras to see who served us. Unfortunately, we had already paid, so we had to stay, otherwise, we would have definitely left the place. The space was very dirty, and my husband had to clean the table himself with a wet wipe! I do not recommend this place at all because the customers’ intelligence is insulted here. Maybe this is normal for the locals, but for us, it was extremely unusual, especially in Heidelberg! The...

Zunächst hat uns die Bäckerei gut gefallen, aus diesem Grund haben wir entschieden dort zu frühstücken. Wir haben uns ein ein großes Frühstück und Rührei bestellt für insgesamt ca.18€. Leider ist die Lüftung im Sitzbereich hinten so stark eingestellt, dass wir im permanenten Durchzug sitzen mussten. (Wir haben uns ein mal umgesetzt jedoch ohne Erfolg)

Die Brötchen waren sehr groß, leider war der Aufschnittteller recht gering ausgefallen, zudem waren die ausgewählten Käse und Wurst unseres Meinung nach günstige Discounter Produkte. Daher hat uns schon gewundert, dass von jedem Käse/Wurst nur jeweils 1 Stück dabei war. Als das Frühstück zu Ende ging hatten wir ein Brötchen übrig und ich fragte ob ich eine Scheibe Käse und eine Scheibe Salami haben könne. Darauf wurde gesagt, das wäre kein Problem, darauf hin war die Bedingung fleißig in die Kasse am tippen und wollte anschließend nochmal 1,50€ von mir haben. Auch nach mehrmaligem nachfragen wurde mir gesagt, Sie könnten nichts rausgeben das wäre Anweisung.

Es ist eine kleine, wobei ich sagen muss, wenn ich für 15 Cent Aufschnitt rausgebe weil die Zusammenstellung nicht gepasst hat, ist es Kundenbindung, dafür mehr als ein Euro zu nehmen ist für mich Abzocke!

Ich persönlich, gehe essen um ein schönes Erlebnis zu haben. In diese Bäckerei werde ich nicht mehr gehen, da ich ein solches Verhalten nicht unterstützen möchte und mich auch nicht...
