Kani Restaurant — Restaurant in Karlsruhe

Extremely rude and impolite. I waited for long time and complained to the Chief. Then he served me pizza and Yogort souce over it. I thought this was a recipe of the restaurant, but found out later on he only did this with me because I told him I'm waiting since long time. I wanted to pay with Visa card but he refused, but when I came one week earlier I could pay with a visa card.

Unfortunately I have to give this restaurant one star because there is no zero...

The worst restaurant I have ever tasted in Germany so far.I ordered food and they gave me other dish which I don't even know or tasted before. When we contact them, they are very rude. I have ordered from Lieferando at 10 pm, it came after 12:30 am and the guy who delivered the food is very rude and asked me to come down I waited long time in the cold.please don't order food from this restaurant anytime.There is no rating less then 1 or else I would have...

The food was good. I liked it. But there is a big problem from the staff. They don’t know how to behave with the customers. They brought the wrong food by mistake, and then I had to pay 50% extra. I complained, they say it is at least delicious!!🤣 what kind of argument is this?!? These people better go educate themselves a bit about owning a restaurant and marketing, then I might see some...
