There are a few things which need to be addressed when considering a fine dined Restaurant. Good food, staff communication in sync, customer satisfaction and more importantly dealing with indoor problems internally. Most of the restaurants fail in some of these aspects. However, very rarely would you find a restaurant failing in every one of them.
Good Quality Food:
A big fat NO. We had ordered samosas which were doughy inside seemed more like microwaved and the chickpeas which was served along with it tasted more like canned chickpeas and did not seem fresh at all. Then, we ordered “bhindi do pyaza” for main course. Well, it turned out be the worst of all. It was really salty and spices seemed all very burnt and more importantly the rice which along looked less like a rice and more like a dumpling.
Staff communication
By far the worst staff communication I’ve ever witnessed. The waitress who took our order was not seen until the bill was paid. Additionally, when the food was ordered it took nearly two hours before we had a bite. We had to ask for the fork twice before we received one. Another staff asked us twice whether we ordered food to eat but the food was never given to us until we nearly ran out of patience.
Customer satisfaction
You will never be satisfied with the service you get here. Being an Indian who understands Indian cuisine all I can say is that when someone doesn’t know how to prepare a proper Masala Tea is like an Italian restaurant not knowing how to make a simple pasta. When we informed the staff about the food we were received with answers in the direction of the back room staff being new. How is this even a reason for serving bad food ?
Dealing problems internally
When there are discrepancies within the restaurant staff, they do it internally far away from the customer. However, this was not the case today. When we went for paying the bill the owner/ boss was shouting at the front staff for not managing the way how the orders were taken.
It is a real shame to be even rated as one of the highest Indian restaurants Kassel. To me it will always be one of the worst Indian...
Read moreSorry for my bad review, but I wish you could be sorry about our 2 and a half HOUR delivery time. First it was confirmed for 35 minutes. The 35 minutes came and went. Then the order got paused and an hour went by. The restaurant closed and we couldn't get ahold of anyone. Finally someone answered and said for us to contact the delivery service and see what the issue is, and that the food has been sitting around for over an hour. Great, we don't want cold food and why should we be dealing with the delivery service? So we call back later with hopes of canceling our order because why should we pay 40 euro for cold, old food? Our food finally arrived around 9:15pm which is much too late for dinner. It seems that the food was delivered by the owner, after they had cleaned up for the day and on his way home....
Read moreThis restaurant is one of the best indian restaurant that i have tried in Germany. The food was simply tasty. We ordered a variety of stuff like Kadhai Chicken, Kadhai Paneer , Mango Lassi, Sweet Lassi and Butter Naan. The chicken we had was very tender and juicy which enhanced the overall taste of the dish. Sweet Lassi was one of the best , the thickness of that lassi was perfect. When you take a sip of that, you can actually feel the lassi which makes you feel like you actually drank something ( in simple words it was mouth- watering) .The ambience was dim and simple which is...
