Strandsalon — Restaurant in Lübeck

I had the most discriminatory and offensive experience at Strandsalon in Lübeck on 13/07/2024. My friends and I, who are foreigners with darker skin tones, were not allowed entry into the club simply because of our nationality and skin color. The bouncer gave us the ridiculous excuse that the party was only for police and fire brigade members, yet he allowed in all other people without question.

This blatant discrimination is unacceptable and completely unjustifiable. It is disgraceful that in this day and age, a business would openly discriminate against customers based on their nationality and skin color. I would strongly advise against visiting Strandsalon if you are not a member of the police or fire brigade and do not have a fair complexion, as apparently they are the only ones welcome at this establishment. Discrimination based on nationality and skin color has no place in society, and it is truly disappointing to see it practiced so openly at this club. wanted to watch the football european championship there. prior to the game we called -to aksed if the game we wanted to see would show. -that was confirmed that they woul show it. As arrived they switched the screen between 2 qualification games . so the would not show a normal whole game but every 4 -5 minutes they showed--changed to an other game. for me as a footbal fan I could not follow a normal Total Match.

On request they would not adjust the choice to show it. so me and the team of fans I watched it with we left.

1 star because on the investigative call - 1 day before they said ---"jawohl we show it. " and NO they did not show the whole match .

also only 1 bar open.. with a waiting time of over 5 minutes to get your -drinks- beer. for me bad experience !!

left at half time - before getting the 'Pfand" back on the cups- glasses also took 5 minutes .

because was given false information and if you know it is gonna busy open more then 1 bar with 1 slow bar person.

ABZOCKE AUF MIESEM NIVEAU! Wir waren auf dem LiLa Kinderfest. GRUSELIG!!! Extrem überfüllt und die größte Abzocke, die ich je erlebt habe! 13,- Eintritt pro Person - AUCH unser 3-jähriges Kind. Extreme Schlange bereits am Eingang, was sich durch das gesamte Fest zog. Über 1 Std. warten auf Kinderschminken und dann auch noch extra dafür bezahlen! Pommes kosteten 6,50 !?!? Geht es noch? Preise waren sicherheitshalber auch gar nicht ausgeschildert- sonst käme wohl gar nicht erst jemand... und dann nichtmal lecker. 2 Mini-Hüpfburgen, die komplett überfüllt waren. Niemand vor Ort, der die Menge der Kinder überwachte bzw. den Einlass ausbremste. Viele Kinder verletzt und am Weinen - Mütter kamen kaum durchs Gedrängel zu ihrem Kind. Sehr gefährlich das Ganze. Später war eine Burg schon zusammengefaltet - wer weiß, warum - wahrscheinlich ist etwas darin passiert. Eis (Flutschfinger & Co.) 2,50. Minimilk 1,- Euro. Und dann bekomme ich noch mit, wie einem Vater vor mir 5,- für 2 Minimilk abgeknüpft wurden. Dank mir wurde es korrigiert mit "ui, das ist heute einfach zu heiß für mich"... bitte ?!? Der Vater hat sich nur gewundert aber in dem Laden empfindet man ja sowas scheinbar schon als normalen Preis. Ich finde es traurig, dass man ein Kinderfest so ausnutzt. Jeder weiß, dass Eltern an so einem Tag nicht an jedem Stand "nein" sagen werden. Hätte sich unser Kind nicht schon so gefreut, hätten wir bereits die 39,- (!) EURO Eintritt gar nicht gezahlt aber da wussten wir ja noch nicht, dass es drinnen genauso schlimm weitergeht. Der einzige, der wirklich toll war, war der Zauberer :) Eigentlich von uns NULL Sterne. Leider...
