Update: One of our personal highlights in Leipzig! We've been back a few times and it's always great. I usually buy too much, because the bread is still much better than anything I can bake. Contrary to other bread it keeps fresh for days! Staff are always lovely and I can't wait to go back. The best breadrolls I've eaten in 21 years! I've went with my 7 and 10 year old (all coeliacs), and we all agreed it was the best bread/bread rolls ever. They taste like propper wholemeal bread, moist without being oily. We also had an ice cream IN A CONE!!! that also tasted homemade, and fantastic. ... Martina specialises on bread and bread rolls and a few sweet things. This focuss means her goods taste absolutely amazing. IMO it's easy to bake a glutenfree cake, but gf bread rolls are basically impossible. And most glutenfree bread dries out quickly and is not half as nice on the 2nd day. But Martina's was still super fresh and delightful on the next day. Only downside, it tastes so delicious, that like us, you'll might have finished it by day 3. I wish we would live close and could shop there regularly. Grundsätzlich finde ich es sehr gut und wichtig dass das Angebot glutenfreier Produkte auch im Bäcker- und Konditoreihandwerk weiter vergrößert wird.

Leider habe ich von dem Konzept von Brotgefühle einen eher negativen Eindruck.

1. Versandhandel mit Backmischungen: Sehr hochpreisige Backmischungen mit Backpulver als Triebmittel. Hier finden sich im Wettbewerb meiner Ansicht nach günstigere und besser schmeckende vorgebackene Alternativen wie Isabella Patisserie, die günstiger sind, nur noch aufgebacken werden müssen und mit Sauerteig verarbeitet werden.

2. Ladenverkauf: Hier besteht die Erfahrung in einem Besuch des Ladenlokals in Leipzig an einem Sonntag um ca. 10:30. Hier war unser Ziel ein kleines Frühstück in Form eines belegten Brotes und eines Kaffee oder ähnliches zu bekommen. Wir waren die einzigen Kunden. Es gab noch ein belegtes Brot. Diese werden nach Aussage des Verkäufers nur morgens von ihm vorbereitet und konnten nicht bei weiterem Bedarf angefertigt werden.

Wäre der Laden gefüllt mit weiteren Kunden gewesen, hätte ich hierfür Verständnis. In dieser Situation hat mich das verärgert. Daher die eher schlechte Bewertung. Wir haben in Folge das Geschäft ohne weitere Einkäufe verlassen.

Ich wünsche der Firma Brotgefühle alles Gute und hoffe dass Sie mit dieser Kritik...
