Terrible service. The order was a mess. My friend ordered a green tea, but got one with milk that he didn’t want and couldn’t drink. I opted for a bubble milk tea with less ice, but got one with 1/5 of ice cubes floating on the drink. I asked the staff to take out the excess ice cubes. Instead of just removing it, she steamed the plastic bottle with the coffee steam wand. In a plastic cup! When I told her I didn’t want it diluted, she angrily took a dirty spoon from a sink, shoved it in my drink and pulled out the ice cube. When I pointed out the spoon was from a dirty sink and the steaming hot water in my drink, she refused to make a new one, returned me the money and kicked us out.

The staff was probably not well trained. All I asked is such simple thing and it turned out to be an escalated event....

Comebuy has different, quite authentic bubble teas and milk teas. Everything is imported from their local stores to Germany. I really like the people working there, as they are really friendly and hard worker. You can choose between hot and cold milk tea and more than 10 different ice-teas. They have different sugar and ice levels (no sugar, less sugar, half sugar and full sugar; same with ice). The Bobas and toppings are not included in most drink and you have to pay extra 70cents. The general price is between 3,60€ for a small tea to 4.80€ for a big tea. Seasonal products are nice too. They usually have very long lines especially on Friday and Saturdays. I ordered one lime icetea with median size which is 4 euros, then I saw large size is 4.4 euros, so I told the clerk to change it to the large one. She nodded and I gave her 50 cents. She took it and moved on to prepare the drink. I told her she needs to refund me 10 cents but she didn't understand English. Then her college came and gave me 10 cents back. 10 cents are not a bit deal, but she acted very very unfriendly. Her entire attitude is so uneducated and untrained.
