We've been to this place twice. What can I say. The owner is Italian (those who were in Italy will understand that this is super important and explains everything), who speaks with a very strong accent and it is difficult to understand him in German (and when you are not a native speaker, learning it, you in general, literally understand nothing). He works alone. He serves tables, cooks and checks out the customers. I don't know if he washes his hands or if there is any disinfection at all. In general, the service is questionable, very slow. It's kind of ambiguous.
The first time we went there we ordered a panini to go, one panini with prosciutto and one with sausage that I pointed my finger at. It ended up being 16-17 euros for two paninis.
The second time we came on Saturday, at 11:45, the place was closed, although the schedule was to open at 10:40, we decided to come later, we really liked the panini in the first. We ordered the same panini as last time, but they brought us different ones. It is not clear who is to blame in this situation, or we, that the first time we ordered one and the owner counted us at a different price, or the owner, since he does not have a clear menu with a detailed description of each panini. yes, it was delicious, but not the same feeling from the institution. The owner kept coming and proving to me that my husband had made a bad order, since I was not satisfied with what was brought to me.
In general, the food was super, delicious. But you have to specify in detail what you will get and how long to wait. You have to wait for a long time 20-30 minutes.
and unfortunately the coffee is disgusting. either it's time to replace the beans or clean the machine, but it's just impossible to drink. (about 3...
