Comebuy Leipzig Hauptbahnhof — Restaurant in Leipzig

Had the worst experience here. I came to buy a Pudding Doppelmilch Schokolade, with 70% suger and Tapioka, the cashier told me to pay and then gave me a receipt with Taro MT, 100% sugar :) I couldn't understand how this happened as i literally just ordered something completely different. I immediately recognized the wrong order and told the cashier, but she didn't show any interest even though its her fault and i had to pay for it?? (She said it has been recorded in the system and she cannot change, okay but still not my problem?)

I have tried at least 10 different comebuys in Europe. This one had the best service and the worst tea ever. Cashier was a nice confident gentleman with great english. I have ordered Brown Sugar Ceylon Milk tea with tapioca. Tapioca was tasty, but the tea was just watered down liquid from the bottom of the barrel with little milk :( And no brown sugar syrup or anything. We buy bubble tea regularly from this Comebuy store because we think it's the best bubble tea in Leipzig. However today we bought a bubble tea with pudding, once we back home we just noticed there are some black things on the pudding. We guess that might be some leftovers tea leaves?
