Ordered here a few times, the lady who served me before was great and she took my order today. The food was always good with her and I love the planter chicken vitality salad. Unfortunately an incompetent young man prepared my food today and put chicken in my salad after I repeated three times that I wanted planted chicken. Unacceptable. Check your food twice...

Been to lots of Dean and Davids across Europe as usually the food is tasy and good quality for money. However this was very poor Ordered Avocado chicken, but was served chicken and salad drowned in salsa source. No Avocado so clearly the wrong dish if I wanted a bottle of salsa source it can be bought in Aldi for 2 Euro. Best eat at...

Very poor reaction from staff when i placed a complaint although i have been coming here regularly for the past 2 years. Salat was drowing in dressing and sandwhich was off on this visit; rather then replacing both I got long faces and half a portion of the salat (dressing on the side). Shame but I will not come back to...
