First of all, we ordered and no one asked us if we want it to go or to drink there, we wanted to go and they put out porcelain glasses, after we corrected them they started doing our order, I ordered a pumkin spice latte with lactose free milk and no whipped cream, they made my drink with normal milk and whipped cream, after I corrected them the girl just took a spoon and removed the cream and gave it to me, I told her that I want a new one and she got pissed and started doing it again.
