Subway — Restaurant in Leipzig

One of the worst subs of my life. I arrived on time at 18:10 on Sunday, 07/09/2025. I ordered two small subs and asked for cheese with a vegan patty. The cheese was completely covered with beef, and the girl used that cheese mixed with beef. After that, in the salad section, I met another girl who made it even worse. When I told her everything I wanted on my sub, she added it like salt—just a tiny amount. Even the sauce was applied so lightly you could hardly see it on the sub.

I will complain about this to the Subway owner as well. To be honest, even if you gave me a free sub, I would not want it prepared like this. Shame on you, Subway. Is this really...

Worst customer service, there were 3 people but only one was interested in working during peak lunch hours. One was wasting time chatting on the phone. In a developed country like Germany you would imagine one could pay by card but the machine wasn’t working. I had my card out even before the final packing was done as I was in a hurry to catch the train, but the guy didn’t tell me that paying by card won’t be possible till the last minute. This is the first time in my life someone in subway tells me I can't put more things in my bread and pay extra for it. According to her that's impossible. If I can pay extra why is not possible? The girl who was in the night was not nice at all. Is awful to go to eat and receive a bad service I was about to leave the bread there and go home. But I do have education. I'll never buy again there. If I could erased the star I give for the service I'll do it... and the flavor... don't know cause she barely give me...
