I was very excited to try an Italian restaurant for the first time while on my 2 month work trip here. I was very underwhelmed. First the wine was great. I ordered the Chianti and loved it. But that’s where the love stopped. I then ordered a Neapolitan pizza, thinking it was a tomato and mozzarella based pie, it wasn’t. It came with kale and was a white pizza. While this was surely due to not speaking German and not being able to read the menu. I thought Neapolitan was universal but it’s certainly not. I only ate a slice because it was 100% not my preferred flavor profile. While unfair to the restaurant since it’s what I ordered, and was cooked well, I just didn’t enjoy it. I then ordered the bruschetta to try and help fill me up and it was mediocre at best. I make 10x better at my house in 5 minutes. Lastly, I felt like I was at a Brazilian nightclub with the music they played. I really thought this was going to be a great Italian experience being that this is the closest to Italy that I’ve ever been. I was hoping that it would be like going to a Mexican restaurant in the states. But it was not. I will be trying a different spot next. I’m determined to find an authenticate feeling Italian restaurant...
Read moreI went there in terms of work that is for work interview and was shocked they offered the pay below the legal minimum wage. They said that they will pay me 9 euros per hour, which is illegal as of new rule that you can't pay less than 12.80 euros per hour. Then the tipping system was even illegal, they said the workers only get 1 euro tip per hour, where does all the tips go? What is this? I feel really bad for the workers already working there and for the workers who are trapped into such a relationship cause they can't find a work here. Such people are violating laws. They are doing illegal acts here. I think the government should especially check on such international restaurants. It is very sad that such people are violating the laws and country like...
Read moreI would not give any stars for this restaurant at all, Prices are considered a fraud, as the prices in the menu are completely different from the prices in the invoice. for two persons I ordered only two pizza with one soft drink I expected to pay 26 Euro depending on the menu prices and I was shocked the invoice was 36.80 euro!!!!!!!!!! This means 10 euro extra and unexpected!! Be carefull The quality of the pizza was bad because the cheese wasn't mozzarella, the white sauce in pizza Tartufo was very liquid, it makes the pizza Dough not cracker. The waiter doesn't speak german very well and don't have any experience with restaurant menu/ not even Pizza names!!!!!! I would not recommend this...
