Disappointing Experience at Eiscafé Rizzelli
My recent visit to Eiscafé Rizzelli left much to be desired. From the moment of arrival, the service was unwelcoming. Although we asked if we could sit down before paying, the staff member at the counter rudely informed us that they only accepted cash payments, which was an inconvenience. Despite their brusque manner, we went to withdraw cash and returned for seating.
Upon returning and paying for our ice creams and drinks, we were surprised to find that there was no table service available, despite there being several empty tables. Another staff member, in a rather impolite manner, informed us of this.
