Plus a customer card can be offered means once you buy 10 coffees the 11th is free. I find this good if you usually buy Yormas in 🇩🇪 🇩🇪 🇩🇪 stuttgart Cologne Mainz.....before, big coffee was big. In all dieser Zeit war das Team stets freundlich und auf Zack (bis auf eine einzige Schlafmütze, bei der die Bestellung nie geklappt hat - aber eine in 7 Jahren ist ein *toller* Schnitt. Und lange war sie auch nicht da...) Auch die Teamleiter waren stets pragmatisch, kundenorientiert und entscheidungsfreudig (bzw. überhaupt entscheidungsbefugt - was wohl dem Management zu verdanken ist). Die Teamleiterin von heute Morgen aber war es aber im besonderen Maße, was auch Anlass dieser späten Bewertung ist. DANKE, Yorma's - und WEITER SO! 😆

Typischer Yorma. Gibt dort alles, was man so am Bahnhof braucht: Snacks, Getränke, warmen Imbiss. Am Abend Angebote für Backwaren (zahle 1, erhalte 2). Die Currywurst ist echt zu empfehlen! Knusprig und fruchtig leicht scharfe Soße (immer richtig viel zum Tunken fürs Baguette dazu).

Typischer Yorma. Gibt dort alles, was man so am Bahnhof braucht: Snacks, Getränke, warmen Imbiss. Am Abend Angebote für Backwaren (zahle 1, erhalte 2). Die Currywurst ist echt zu empfehlen! Knusprig und fruchtig leicht scharfe Soße (immer richtig viel zum Tunken fürs Baguette dazu).

Title: Extremely Disappointing and Discriminatory Experience

I visited it on Friday 09.08.2024 and was shocked by the blatant discrimination I experienced. As a Black customer, I was ignored while white customers were served before me, despite arriving later. When I inquired if this treatment was because of my race, a staff member shockingly confirmed it. Furthermore, I was asked to pay in advance while others were allowed to pay after being served. This behavior is completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated anywhere. I urge the management to address this issue immediately and ensure all customers are treated with respect and equality. Until then, I can not recommend this place to anyone seeking fair and...

NÖTIGUNG DIEBSTAHL UND BETRUG AM KUNDEN!!! stelle 5 Pfanddosen auf den Tresen, drehe mich um und greife nach einer Flasche Bier im Regal. Zwischenzeitlich werden die Dosen in die Pfandtonne geworfen, und dann behauptet, man hätte die nicht gesehen, verlangt Bargeld, obwohl ich eigentlich noch Geld zurück kriege. Man wollte mir dann mein Bier schenken, als ich mit der Polizei drohte. Die Polizei selbst sagte, ich solle dort nicht mehr einkaufen. KEIN EINZELFALL! ca. eine Woche später, zumeist immer an den Wochenenden: früh morgens gegen 7 Mitarbeiter extrem Kundenunfreundlich. Pfand war leicht nass durch Strakregen, wurde mehrfach angemacht, ich wurde lautstark, machte so Zeugen aufmerksam. Ein Kunde packte mich, wollte mich rausschmeissen. Polzei spricht von Körperverletzung. Meide diesen Laden wegen...
