Asia Food Ichi — Restaurant in Mannheim

I should say, that me and my parents came to this place with very high expectations because of the excellent reviews we read. However, we left a bit disappointed, because none of the three dishes we ordered was good, and felt the prices were high (Probably I wouldn't have felt that if I would have enjoyed the food). We didn't complain with the staff: none of the dishes tasted "bad", it was just that we didn't feel satisfied with what we ordered. Maybe we weren't lucky and we could have had a better experience if we had ordered different dishes. Of the two members of the staff that were there that day, one of them was very friendly, the other one, not so much. I would give 4 out of 5 stars because of the attention, and 2.5 stars out of 5...

Location: relativ klein, ca. 6 Tische im Innenbereich. Schön eingerichtet.

Resümee: Unglaublich nette Dame (Personal)! Ich habe schon oft gebratene Nudeln gegessen, auch einige in Mannheim, aber diese sind ganz anders. Die Nudeln sind deutlich dünner, und entsprechen nicht den Standard Spaghetti Nudeln, was man sonst vorgelegt bekommt. Das frittierte Huhn = 👍. Die 2 Saucen (rot und fast schwarz) schmecken überragend! Auf Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Gerichte keine Abwandlungen an den deutschen Gaumen sind, sondern authentisch aus dem Heimatland übernommen. Für mich die besten gebratenen Nudeln überhaupt. Preislich nicht gerade billig, jedoch für den Geschmack angemessen.
