Domino's Pizza Mannheim Mitte — Restaurant in Mannheim

Me and my husband were a regular customer of theirs and would order every few days but their service suddenly started to get really bad. Sometimes they would forget some items and then would say they will bring it next time which was ok. As it could happen. And even though it happened multiple times we always ignored. Then last time they sent us overcooked pizza which had burnt crust on many places. Also the center was also overcooked. I ordered the pizza from wolt so I complained there. First they did not give a reply to wolt service for hours and then just said it will not happen again. They were not apologetic at all and no replacement or partial refund was offered. Never ordering...

Ordered pizza, paid online, waited for 2 hours, and called them. Super rude staffs! They said they didn't deliver because it was wrong address (our address is correct), and they did not even bother to call us to confirm the address! Waited for another 1 hour, called again, they said they just did not want to deliver here, for no reason, and we should get our refund ourselves online. Not sure whether did they learn proper manner to treat customers in a good way. Never encountered such ridiculously rude staffs. Hope they will be sacked asap. Certainly will ban this...

Well, how can I say that.... Staff reception was great, great choices and good prices.... BUT I still can't understand how it's possible to make and sell such horrible pizzas ! Very bad pizza dough and tasteless ingredients ! Just eatable enough for basic street food amateurs ! They are supposed to be pizza professionals ! Restaurant...
