I was a little lost and then I found this place.
This 100% vegan café is a relaxing and nice place to sip a coffee or tea but it offers much more (vegan snacks, matcha, chai latte, soft drinks and i think a bit of alcohol as well).
I came there in a Saturday afternoon to relax and waiting for my train.
As it is well located (just near by Munich Central Station), a lot of travelers are coming there (like me). The vibe is quite chill, a bit hipster but without being pretentious.
Staff is nice, they speak English and German, always coming with a smile and helpful.
Prices are a bit high, but not so high for Munich I think, and in general you will pay 4-5€ for a hot beverage, the espresso starts at 2€. Oat milk and soy milks are free, the other alternative milks are charged 30 cents. (See photo for more prices).
I didn’t try the vegan snacks but they looked good.
The furnitures are well selected, I see that they try to recycle old and nice school furnitures (pupil table, school benches, etc..) it’s cute, but it’s maybe not the most convenient for adults. But i like the idea.
Staff is pretty cool, i stayed for hours drinking my matcha and writing (just minding my own business) ans they didn’t not complain.
Overall, i really recommend this place if you wanna hang out with friends for a coffee, or if you need time to relax before your train.
Oh and yes, the music played in this place is awesome! Staff has really...
Read moreIf you're at the Munich HBF, skip the station places and walk a block to this lovely little cafe. We didn't realize that it was a vegan restaurant. We're not vegan or vegetarian, and LOVED it. The staff here are amazing! When I told the woman who worked there how much I loved the overnight oats, she thanked me and told me it was her own recipe. A few moments later, she handed me a piece of paper with the recipe so I can make them at home!! My son loved the avocado sandwich (I can't believe he ate the arugula!) and my husband couldn't say enough good things about the homemade granola. Finally, the carrot cake (with no raisins!) and the berry cobbler were both big hits. HIGHLY recommend this cute...
Read moreA really lovely cafe with nice vegan food and drink options. Staff were friendly and efficient, even when it was busy. Pricing was reasonable, not cheap but not more expensive than other places.
Over two days I tried the lemon blueberry cake, cinnamon Danish, pretzel roll, Hummus bagel, matcha and hot chocolate. I loved the cake, pretzel roll and matcha most of all.
Only thing I'd say is that the tables are an awkward height, and the seating is not too comfortable. It's also a bit awkward to move around the cafe when it is busy, due...
